Cooking Recipe – Fried Fish with Tomato and Mushroom
I like to eat fish and here is my cooking recipe.
Cooking Preparation
Two fish, washed inside out. Slice some ginger and put them in the fish. Salt the fish and rest for 5 minutes.
Wash and cut the mushroom and tomatoes.
Fried First
Olive oil is always a better choice. Fry fish each side 2 minute.
Fry tomatoes and mushroom for 3 minutes with dark soy sauce and white pepper.
Put them together
Put them together, add some water, cover the lid and just wait for 7 minutes.
